Refund policy

We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Collection Point Deliveries
Where a carrier delivers your order to a collection point, parcel shop, locker, or pickup location, you will be notified by the carrier and provided with a collection deadline.

It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the parcel within the timeframe specified by the carrier. If the parcel is not collected in time, it may be returned, disposed of, or otherwise treated as abandoned by the carrier or collection point provider.

We cannot guarantee a refund, replacement, or store credit for parcels that are not collected. Any refund request relating to an uncollected parcel will only be considered once the parcel has been successfully returned to us and received at our returns facility.

Please note that collection points and carriers do not always return uncollected parcels to us. In some cases, parcels may be marked as abandoned, destroyed, or otherwise unrecoverable. Where an uncollected parcel is not returned to us, we reserve the right to decline a refund, replacement, or store credit.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Order Cancellations
Due to our automated and continuously operating fulfilment processes, orders are processed and submitted to our fulfilment network shortly after being placed. As a result, we are unable to guarantee that cancellation requests can be accommodated once an order has been submitted.

Customers should therefore ensure that all order details are correct before completing their purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
