Processing Times

All orders are processed within up to 48 hours after payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

We operate a global fulfilment network and may dispatch orders from different warehouses, fulfilment centres, or supplier facilities depending on stock availability, destination, and the fastest available shipping route at the time of ordering.

Whilst we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery timeframes displayed on our website, these timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, carrier performance, customs processing, seasonal demand, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

To minimise delays, your order may be shipped from any of our domestic or international fulfilment locations. As a result, some orders may arrive sooner or later than the estimated delivery window.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that shipping times are estimates only and that occasional delays may occur. Such delays do not automatically entitle a customer to cancel an order, refuse delivery, or receive a refund while the shipment remains in transit.
